Need help with a purchase, package delivery, or a custom order?

Discord

The fastest way to get help is through our Discord server. Create a payment support ticket in the create a ticket section with:

• Your CFX username
• Tebex transaction ID (if applicable)
• Package name and issue description

For clothing, billboards, car liveries, and other in-game customizations, open a payment support ticket on Discord. We cannot list prices for custom work before the customization is made.

Purchase issues

If a package did not deliver:

1. Confirm you completed checkout and received a Tebex receipt email.
2. Verify you logged in with the correct FiveM account before purchase.
3. Restart FiveM and rejoin the server.

Refunds

No refunds. Digital packages are sold through Tebex, and we follow Tebex's refund policy. All purchases are final. If you want a refund, contact Tebex support.
